What are your qualifications and experience?
I am a fully qualified Life, Executive & Career Coach. I have trained in mindfulness, fitness and coaching with neuroscience. I hold a B.A in Politics and Philosophy and an M.A in Human Rights. In my work, I infuse coaching with psychology to get a complete and holistic understanding of your life (including your needs, desires, fears and goals). I leverage my ten years of coaching and research in psychology and professional development to help you find clarity, confidence and certainty in life.
Will there be things I can do or should do between sessions?
Yes. And to make this as straightforward for you as possible, I will give you simple pieces of homework for you that are relevant to your goals.

My coaching blends a practical, no-nonsense approach with compassion and humour. I help you not only understand but work with your inner critic, instead of trying to silence it. We’ll focus on building a sustainable mindset shift, where you’ll feel both supported and pushed to grow, all while staying true to your authentic self.
I don’t have the confidence to do this course even though I would really like to.
The first step (with anything) is always the scariest! You don’t need to be 100% confident to start my programme… you don’t even need to be 1% confident to start! You just have to want it badly enough that you are prepared to act even though you feel fearful. During this programme, I can help you understand your fear and empower you to change your relationship with it so that you are in control of your life.
I really like the sound of what you offer, but I don’t think coaching will work for me!

I get it—investing in coaching is a big decision. Firstly, consider whether your employer might support or fund coaching; many companies have professional development budgets, especially for managers or those stepping into new roles. I’m happy to provide guidance on how to have this conversation. Alternatively, if private 1:1 coaching isn’t the right fit right now, you might explore joining The Confident Manager Academy (The CMA). It offers a more affordable group-based experience, with the same frameworks and support designed to help you build confidence and navigate self-doubt in your career.
